– Raw recordings
– Edited files
– Mastered chapters
– Multiple revisions
– Author feedback notes
– Final exports
Multiply this by 3 books in the series with 40+ chapters each, and it’s getting out of hand!
What systems, naming conventions, and folder structures do you use to keep everything organized during large audiobook projects? Any software recommendations specifically for managing audio project files?
